How do I reserve your service for our event?

To reserve our services, we require a deposit equal to half the amount of the total package selected and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. All of these tasks handled via our online booking service; view quote, sign contract, make a deposit and pay off the balance. We book events on a first-come-first-served basis and do not reserve dates without a deposit and a signed contract.


Does the setup and removal of the photo booth count towards my package hours?

No. We do not charge anything for set up and removal of the photo booth. If you book a 4-hour package and want the photo booth open from 6 pm to 10 pm, we will have the photo booth ready to go by, and we will keep it running until 10 pm.


Which forms of payment do you accept for booking the photo booth?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and cash. A 6.625% NJ Sales Tax applies to all NJ residents and businesses.


What is idle time?

Idle time is when we have our photo booth is completely set up but not available for use. There are two occasions when our clients can use idle time to their advantage.

For example: 

  • If you book a 3-hour package from 6 pm to 9 pm, but you prefer the booth to be set up by 4 pm (before your guests arrive), the time from 4 pm to 6 pm is idle time.

  • You can put the booth on idle time during your dinner service (or any time that guests are less likely to use it) and then restart the service later in the evening to maximize usage of the booth.

We charge a modest $49 per hour fee for idle time to cover the cost of paying our attendant to extend their day.


Can we keep the photo booth open beyond our agreed upon amount of time?

Yes. If you would like us to keep the photo booth running beyond the time you contracted us for, you may do so for $125 per additional hour. We will prorate to the nearest half hour if you don't require a full extra hour.


Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can, but there is a fee of $150 for canceling to help us recover holding the date you selected that otherwise could have been booked by another event.


How can I share photo booth photos on social networks?

After the final image is taken and printed, the on-screen instructions prompt guests to share the photo in five different ways, share via Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Email, and Text message.


Which social networks does the the photo booth use for sharing?

We are ready to get your event out to the world by sharing via Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Email, and Text. Instagram sharing can be achieved by emailing or texting the photo to yourself first, then sharing to Instagram. It's an Instagram thing; they don't allow sharing outside of a mobile device.


How does the photo booth work?

The on-screen instructions prompt your guests to position themselves on the screen and select either "Photo" or "Video." A succession of two to four pictures is taken three seconds apart, which allows ample time to change poses and be creative for each shot. After the final image is shot, the on-screen instructions prompt guests to select a filter and share the photo in the five possible ways to share, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Email, and Text message. Once guests are done, our attendant will have the photo waiting for them. Guests are allowed to use the photo booth as many times as they would like free of charge during your rental period.


Does the package price include a photo booth attendant?

Yes, with our service we provide a professional, well dressed and helpful photo booth attendant whose job it is to ensure that your guests have a fun, hassle-free photo booth experience.


Are the prints included in the package price or do we pay per print?

Yes, the package price includes unlimited prints from the photo booth during your rental period. You pay a flat rate based on the number of hours you would like to use the photo booth as opposed to paying per print. The service is free to your guests. If your guests want additional photographs or digital files after the event, they can purchase them online for a nominal fee via your online web gallery.


Do we receive all of our high resolution digital files?

Yes, we provide you with both the individual images taken as well as the photo layouts that we provide to your guests. It allows you unlimited use of every picture taken at your event. You can download all photos as a digital download from your web gallery.


How many sessions can your photo booth accommodate per hour?

Our photo booth can handle up to 100 sessions per hour — our fast, professional quality photo lab printer built for this type of work.


How can we ensure that our guests know about the photo booth and make good use of it?

We promise you that the photo booth will not be a secret once the first few people go through it. People have so much fun they will be telling everyone they talk to about it. However, it always helps to place the photo booth near the action, generally the bar or dance floor. Also, it helps when the DJ makes a few announcements throughout the night to make guests aware, so we always make sure they mention that you provided the photo booth and that it is free to the guests.


Can we have a special custom message displayed on each printed photo?

Yes, we can print just about anything you want at the top of every photo strip. We have a fantastic selection of templates for you to choose from before the event. You are welcome to provide us with a custom logo or a personalized message, and we'll work with you to make the printed photo special and unique for your event.


Can each guest choose to have their print in either color or B&W?

Yes, our photo booth gives guests the option to have their session printed in color, black & white, sepia, and an old-time filter. All handled via the touchscreen on the photo booth's display.


How long does it take for images to be posted to our personal web gallery?

Your images will be available to view by the end of the day following your event. Your web gallery will remain up for one year from your event date. It can be password protected or open; the choice is yours. The web gallery is great for ordering larger prints, framed if desired, of the special moments with friends and family.


How much space do you need to setup the photo booth?

We need at least 6 feet from a wall and background. The backgrounds are 9 feet wide to accommodate more guests at a time. We can always reconfigure to make the best use of the space available within reason, of course. If space is tight, we can turn the photo booth around and use the dance floor full of guests as a background.


What is your service area?

Just about anywhere in the Philadelphia metropolitan area which includes South Jersey and Delaware, Central Jersey, Jersey Shore Points, and North Jersey. Located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, but we travel all over the state. We include 50 miles of travel for free and charge $.65 per mile beyond the 50 miles. If you would like a specific travel quote, just let us know.
